If you wish to receive legal documents in respect of any lot, please call the document service on 0113 256 8712. Copies of those documents which are available to us will be sent to you. A charge of £25 + VAT per lot will be made. Alternatively, electronic copies of documants can be emailed (where file size permits), or sent on CD, free of charge.
Please note: larger documents such as architects' plans etc may have to be viewed at our offices. For more detailed legal enquiries, please contact the Auctioneers Department in the first instance. Copy documentation is available for inspection on the day of the auction at the auction venue or at our offices from receipt until the auction date. Once you submit the form below we will contact you to arrange payment. |
